Aoa require a proper diagnosis and treatment by a competent physician

My wife had been suffering from stomach infection as ulcer and with latest endoscopy infection no more but some sozish is there.she is taking medicine for sozish and now she got some blood with stool and also weakness. She doesn't feel much hungry and she is still tking medicine please advise and also book as urgent appointment with Doctor Muhammad Iqbal

I have severe gas problem which haunt me for so many years. My stool is ok. But the mouth smell is unbearable despite the fact that I brush thrice a day for more than 15 minutes each. Kindly suggest something effective.
