yes my hba1c is 6 and vit D is 12 and LDL is 160 and my weight was 78 i reduce it by gyming and control diet and now my weight is 68 in 4 months , my major issue is mera sir sun hota hai hath pao mai kheexhao hota hai thakawat hoti hai pair sun hote hai mje doc ne seradep 10 mg recomemd kri hai mai wo pera hu or 7 seas daily or evion 400 daily tabiyat bhtat hai lakn uri tanah thk ni hoi thakawat jaldi hojati hai
