I was taking sangobion but stopped taking it a while back. Talking about why i got these tests done
Sara wqt dil ghata rehta ha as if I've not eaten anything for a long time. Jesy hi kuch khati ho khna khaty hi phir dil ghanty lag jta ha bhot. Doctor asked to get a complete cbc done but after the reports he just said ka anemia ha 3 months bad dobara karein. Please let me know if there is something serious

if u can tell ur symptoms then i can tell u better otherwise except for mildly raised tlc the labs are normal,raised tlc shows infection.plt count have improved also

Thanks for sharing ur report. It shows improvement in ur blood picture as compared to the previous test. Are u using any iron tabs ? or dietary modification ? And why was the test done in the first place ?

Okay, nothing very serious but there is still anemia and the cause needs to be sorted out. A complete history is required for evaluation and then treatment.

AOA! It looks like iron deficiency anemia which has improved to some extent probably you are taking iron tablets. You need to continue iron treatment for next 3 more months and after three months you can repeat the CBC test if you want and go for Ferritin level too with the next test to see if the iron store in the body has been replenished too. you need to have test done in good lab and ask them peripheral film. you Iron profile which was done before starting of treatment u need a good haematologist consult .
