2) dosra masla apka chronic mastoiditis hai jo ka still present hai ...iske loye further evaluation ki zarorat hai mere pass is pe comment krne ke liye history kam hai...
3) tesra facial hair and darkening of skin in subka taluq gynae se apko aik ultra sound scan ovaries ka krwana chahea ..dosra apna blood glucose level fasting main check krain... apko is histroy se lagta hai poly cystic ovarian syndrom hai... aur ya treatable hai... isi ke sath apko vaginal infection bhi hai...
most of the problems you have are treatable but require further history from you then I can prescribe medicine for it...

chronic mastoiditis ke liye apko ENT doctor ko check krwana chahea wo behter treat kar skte hain... Fungal infection ke sath apko PCOS bhi hu skta hai ..treat gynae walay hi kraingay I am just guiding you its treatable and you gynae doctor should look into it as well.
