Asking for Husband, Male, 32 years old, Karachi
My husband has RTA on 13/5/23 after which he had exp laporotomy in which around 1 feet distal Ileal resection and primary anastomosis was done . Now he had complain of pain in right periumblical and umbilical region pain comes and goes on its own His CT abdomen with iv oral contrast was done in which there is finding of infiltration of mesentry with slight nodularity . Kindly tell me what is this particular finding is and if he needs any further Rx for this

Go to the surgeon who did the explorative surgery & anastomosis, the pain could be due fibrotic bands which are formed after surgery,which gives pain on changing posture.
