Lower belly pain which was severe yesterday but better now. Not dihhrea but loose stool twice yesterday. But extreme weakness n full body ache also due to this

Add 4 tbsf of ispaghol in yougart bowl and sugar as much as you like. Mix it and keep it on table for 20 , 30 minutes then eat it . Ors ka paani bunao in a bottle and drink it. Flagyl400 subha sham, risek20mg once a day , ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day for 3 days ley lo . If fever comes do give me feedback. Add paracetamol 1 tab 3times a day if fever comes.
