Halitosis/Bad Breath

Question

Hi, I am 22 yrs old and I am facing from bad breath. I brush 2-3 times a day and still face it, I have no gas or stomach problems allhumdulillah but yes there is one thing that I have and that is SINUSES. I have noticed that there is a yellow coating on my tounge  and I think it is a problem if any of the doctor can help me with it I would be really grateful. 
If there is any Karachi based doctor who has already solved this problem earlier do comment below and help me out I need an urgent appointment.
