hath , paon sun hny k liye ap Tab neurobion ( ek tablet din me do bar le total 15 se 20 din thak ) BP k liye behter hai ap general physician ya cardiologist k clinic visit kren . agr ap busy hai or clinic visit nhi kr skti tho online video consultation kren ,
advise : weight kaam kren apna , namak , fatty food kaam use kren , excersie kia kren rozana .
BP ko primary ya secondary diagnose krny k liye kuch test hai wo kr k pir ap ki bp ko manage krengy . is liye behter hai k ek bar dr k pas consult kren . ( high Bp is a silent killer )
BP ke dawai lain or namak sy parhaiz kar k BP ko control main rakhain..sugar ka test krwa lain(HbA1c)
