Bohat sari medicines khany k bad b farq nhe para. Neck muscles mein b bohat zyada khichao hai. Thak jati hu to fever ho jata hai or headache b bht zyada her time rhta. Gusa bhi bohat zyada ata hai. Neck muscles mein itna khichao hai k agar 5 minutes bhi neck aik side ko jhuka lu to neck akar jati hai or bohat pain ka samna krna prta phir mjhy
