I'm having severe gallbladder pain from a month when I'm sleeping it's happens suddenly and I cannot bear the pain I start crying cuz the pain increases but after sometime like 30-60 mins the pain Minimizes and I feel nothing. it's weird Pura din Kuch nhi hota mujhe lekin Raat ko sotay Hoye achanak sy pain Kafi zada start ho jati h aur Kuch bhi nhi samjh ata Kya karu upper abdomen ribs ky pass Jo ky back ribs tak jati h dono arms tak bhi boht severe pain hoti h . kindly please help what should I do .

Is Pain on right sided or left? What types of meals you’re talking at night? Do you just sleep after eating or have some exercise habits? Ap na koi USG koi kraya ho? Generally agr pain gallbladder ka ha to apko fori ultrasound kra k confirm krana chaeya sath mein fatty,spicy meals sa perheez krein

pain upper abdomen m hi hoti h aur Kafi severe hoti h even ky arms tak ja rhi hoti h right aur left specifically nhi observe Kiya ..plus April m mainy ultrasound karwaya tha os m Kuch nhi tha .I'm a Celiac patient too. Mai already gluten free diet py hu spicy food waise hi avoid Karti hu.

Need to visit hospital have to examine your belly and few labs required so better to visit nearby clinic

do an abdominopelvic scan.confirm wether u hv cholilithiasis.proceed for treatment accordingly
You have to do Ultrasound abdomen to rule out cholelithiasis.
