Nahi Mam, in mein se koi issue nhi hai. just Bhara pan...rehta hai. aur ye dard k shakal tab iktyar krta hai jab. Neend poori na kron. aur shop pe zyada Kam kron.

try to take naps when possible and Raat ki routine ko better karein. avoid phone usage before going to bed. Make a comfortable bed. headache pe concentrate Kam Kam karein and instead divert your mind towards other positive things. you can check psychology tips for better sleep.
