one thing is reassuring that its not going to be a serious headache as far as cause is concerned .headaches that last so long without causing serious symptoms are labelled as primary headaches most common cause being tension type or migraine .it would be good idea to consult some one as evaluation need detailed history.Treatment can vary based on type of headache
