Asking for Self, Female, 38 years old, Lahore
My blood pressure is a little higher thn normal. The last reading was 145/100 on a digital monitor. Its accompanied by severe headache and pain in the jaws and neck. Is it normal in Ramadan due to fasting or should I get it checked? Im also feeling a little bit heavy on breathing
