Headache started at one spot far behind the temple at left side 7-8 days back. It started spreading to the whole left side gradually and can now be felt at the base of head, near the neck too. Was prescribed nuberol forte and artifin twice a day for 3 days but it didn’t help. The pain comes and goes , and when there is no pain there is a general heaviness at the left side of head. Pain is not throbbing, it is more like a dull ache. I’m currently on no medication and have no underlying conditions or history of headaches like migraine. Also I’d like to mention, my eyesight has gotten a lot weaker since the last visit to the eye specialist and needs to be checked, but I’m not being able to go due to covid. Do I need to be worried for this kind of headache?
I am sure this pain is annoying to you. However you need to talk to me about how to manouver yourself to get relief. it will not be relieved by medicines only. I hope your blood pressure is normal.

Blood pressure is normal and there are no symptoms of sinusitis, as verified by the doctor I met a few days ago.
