Sir me Surbex-Z multivitamin kha raha hon us se headache kuch behter ho jata hai but me headphones, Earbuds use nhe kar pa raha pichlay 1 saal se. Brain me noise jesi awaz bi rehti hai jis se kafi disturbance hoti hai aur summer me raat ko fan ke noise se bachne ke liye me cotton use karta hon.
