AoA respectable Dr since last night I am facing headache with heart scared and sometimes omitting in results. what should I do plzzz need your valuable consultancy.

w.salam do u have any co morbidities like hypertension if yes please check your bp .
for symptomatic relief of vomiting take tab gravinate 50 mg before meals and for headache take Panadol 2 tablets.
kindly check your bp, n temperature n let me know if u have any other symptom.gws.
