Talk to General Physician on Headaches Morning And Evening

Assalam o Alekum
i am facing unbearable pain in head in morning and evening from last 5 days for a period of 30 to 50 minutes. Even not getting relief from prescription, till to have massaj from someone.
i have this pain before also, i consult here doctor and he done CT immages, but saying there is nothing.
