Asking for Mother, Female, 62 years old, Peshawar

My mother is diabetic ,on 15th sep night she felt shoulder pain ,v gave her caflam painkiller she cured and slept then next whole day she was fine but on 17th sep at evening she again complained of shoulder pain and nausea we took her to emergency her ecg was not ok dr injected her and alhumdulilah Allah saved her . My que is what stage of heart attack was this, is her heart weak , will stunt pass to her, is engiograhy must ?She is using these medicines.

she has ashtray had a heart attack.
when a patient complains of chest , shoulder or jaw pain, they should be given a tablet of dispirin to bite and swallow. not caflam which is NSAID gro and can do great harm to heart and kidneys.
she should see a cardiologist, have an angiography and depending on how blocked her arteries are, they will suggest further plan.
heart disease is a serious illness and diabetics can have silent heart attacks.
please see a good internal medical specialist and a cardiologist.
