Since 1 year this is happening with me. I'm getting panic attack, fear attack, before doing something strange which I didn't do earlier. despite this I won't stop to do that but uneasiness with me all the time. My heartbeat rate increase while doing something different. can I overcome this problem ? do you recommend me any medication?

Its seem u got anxiety.Take tab citanew 5mg daily plus tab.prothiadien 25mg at night and tab inderal 10mg 2 tabs three times a day
