i'm only 21 but i'm feeling heart palpitations and different pains in my chest left side , i performed an ECG test 3 times but doctors said there's no issue, can anybody guide me on what I should do I'm feeling too nervous
Firstly no need to worry if ur test are normal . It could be due to stress so just relax , mediate n start working out, dancing , Zumba , aerobics whatever suits you . It will uplift ur mood. For further guidance healthy lifestyle try to book an appointment.
if there is no underlying medical. disease so no need to worry just make sure healthy diet and sleep exercise or walk 15 -20 mints daily and offer namaz and read quran to calm
if any problem for further consultation you can book my appointment through marham
so we can look into condition and advice you accordingly
Thanks

aoa, at the age of 21 i dnt feel like there could be any heart issues(if cardiac issuse have been ruled out). palpitations at this age may be due to stress of exams or stress related to anyother issue. please get your thyroid profile done as well. do you do any job like any kind of exertion ot might be due to muscles. please share detailed history
relax yourself mentally, sort out if there is any anxiety issue nd try to resolve it ..
your history shows that there is no medical problem. have you Gerd acidity. stress are you over weight. sleep disturbance. my suggestion 30 minute walk for 5 days a week avoid smoking if you have. take simple pain killer for symptomatic relief. other wise book online consultation

for proper management need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including ECG... then everything will be cleared up
