Asalamalikum mera 3 month phly c section hua tha mujhy ab hernia hgya hai doctor kh rhy hain abi baby bht chota hai jab kabi pain ho to tab krein gay operatmujhy yeh pochna hai kiya itna late operation krvna theek hai es se koi risk to nhi hga kitne 
Time period tk operation krna zarori nhi hota.. 2nd yh kiya weight kaam krne ki exercise kr skti hain k nhi ...koi precautions ...kiya es se weight gain hota hai..
