Salam, aso titer high honay ka matlab hai k body ka defense mechanism ek khaas bacterial family “streptococcus” k khilaf antibodies bana raha hai, gala kharab rehta ho , joint pain, fatigue, koi kidneys ka issue ya urine mei problem,? In sab tafseelat k baghair ilaaj mumkin nahi , behtar hai k previous reports share karein aur appointment book karwaein, kyun k ASO titer koi diagnostically confirmatory test nahi kisi beemari ka, shadeed chest infections mei bhi aso titer barha hua ho sakta , so it wud be best to book an appointment through app , i hope it helps

ASO (Antistreptolysin O) titer 800 honay ka matlab yeh hai ke aapke khoon mein Streptococcus bacteria ke khilaf antibodies ki miktar buhat zyada hai. Yeh kuch wajahein ho sakti hain:

1. Haal hi mein ya mojooda Streptococcal Infection:
- Agar ASO titer zyada hai, to yeh iska ishara hai ke aapko haal hi mein ya abhi Streptococcus bacteria se infection hua hai, jaise ke strep throat, scarlet fever, ya streptococcal skin infection.

2. Post-Streptococcal Complications:
- ASO titer ka buhat zyada hona yeh bhi bata sakta hai ke aapko Streptococcus infection ke baad kuch complications hui hain, jaise ke rheumatic fever ya post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis (jo kidney ka aik inflammation hai).

3. Chronic Carrier State:
- Kuch log chronic carriers hote hain Streptococci bacteria ke, jiski wajah se unka ASO titer hamesha zyada rehta hai, chahe symptoms na bhi hon.

4. Doosri Inflammatory Conditions:
- Kabhi kabhi, ASO titer doosri inflammatory conditions mein bhi zyada ho sakta hai, lekin yeh kam hota hai.
