Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Islamabad

I have 212 value of blood cholesterol. 200 is normal. Its borderline high. I am soing exercise daily foe 30min. Can i use butter now oe not? I heard butter doesn't elevate it.ghee does only. Kindly guide

Lifestyle modification is all what you need. You have already started exercise. That's good! Better avoid "ghee" and "oily food". You can use Canola oil for cooking. A better option is boiled food (you can spill Olive oil over it). Avoid red meat. Fish twice a week (when available/season), Nuts.
Any family history of heart attack, stroke especially when at young age? Do you smoke?

You are cautious. That's good! Next time get fasting Lipid profile(full) 3-6 later. Cholesterol has different types. For simplifying we can say that LDL Cholesterol is bad cholesterol and HDL is good cholesterol. Medicine is based on levels and risk factors(diabetes,blood pressure, smoking, personal or family history of heart attack or stroke). There are calculators to stratify risk (these calculators usually calculate at the age of 40 or above. LDL Cholesterol of below 100 is very good and below 130 is OK. At your we will consider medicine if LDL Cholesterol is above 196. I don't think that you need any medicine. Please continue lifestyle modifications. May Allah keep you healthy and fine. Ameen

Start walk 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening. Plus purchase a basket ball and play with it for 30 min daily, you can play alone, just take the ball and start running and jumping as you have a team. Also do exercise for 30 min, but take care, you need a teacher for it, don't do wrong exercise, as it can damage your bones and muscles.
Reduce oil from your food. Eat healthy food, no junk food, no oily food, eat chapati and boiled eggs. boiled Vegetable and mutton are better, or very little oil or butter.
Drink 8 glass of water + 2 cup of milk + 1 cup of low fat yogurt + 1 glass of home made juice without water or sugar, example kinu + carrot + apple.
Sleep after Isha prayer 9:00pm and wake up before Fajr. Pray 5 times daily and read Quran.
