it was totally your fault as patient with high BP should have one specialist physician onboard and doing regular follow up in his OPD clinic with charting of daily BP so now you should follow my above instructions to prevent further damage

First of all you need to disclose your BP at the time of checkup or on daily basis, don’t you feel headache,fever,watery eyes with discharge,abdominal pain, eye irritation etc. and some more questions need to ask with 1/2 more tests to disclose your diagnosis, from your above labs skin allergy secondary to eye infection and high cholesterol noted. Seems a severe infection. Better you book consultation online or physical clinic.
