Asking for Father, Male, 56 years old, Karachi
56 year old patient, diabetic for 5 years and chronic smoker for more than 30 years , has blood pressure of 150/59. Patient also has continuous white sputum. Systolic blood pressure increases and diastolic either remains normal or decreases.
