Assalamualaikum Dr . I hope you will be safe and sound. My mother has Very high systolic blood pressure 208/88.& Also a sugar patient.she uses Risek,Covam,Capoten for Bp( but it works for a while) and Getformin for diabetics.I request you to suggest effective medicine for BP. Thank you ❤️

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including echo as AR is possible then everything will be cleared up

make a weekly chart of bp record of morning and evening on daily basis while using the same medication first
also a chart of sugar control on morning and evening basis for a week with same medicine
along with a test called HB1AC
