Aoa . I have been facing a problem from quite some days now. I have migraine and lately I got treated for PTSD too . I have been having wawes like feeling going in my head. When I checked BP it was 140/100. This usually happens in evening after 5. I have been checking it by both manual and digital instrument...I take milk or water and have rest but this is happening from last 10 days.. kindly advice
