not advised by any doctor... just had a random check up because of other family members having Sam issue .. all brother Nd sisters has high cholesterol issue and on medication...

How is the blood pressure? High rehta he wo bhe? Kabhi angina ka attack to nahe hwa? Currently koe medicine use ker rhe hen?

no high bloop pressure issue till now ... currently not using any medicine..never had any attack .. it was just a random check up as everyone in family has hight cholesterol issue all his brothers and sisters everyone is on medication..

Restrict his dietry cholesterol. Use low fat and high fibre diet. Avoid using red meat, eggs, fried meals and fast food etc. Do exercise/walk daily.
Use tab lipiget 10mg once a day and repeat the lipid profile after 1 month then do it 3 monthly. If there is difficulty in breathing while walking or any other symptoms, then book an online appointment please.

difficulty in breathing.. sometimes he says whenever he get up for some seconds it happens that he feels difficulty in breathing.. I will check that too
