My cholesterol level is so high.from the past two months i skipped meat and dairy products but my cholesterol is still high here is my reports of lipid profile test. I do lot of exercise but cholesterol didnt dropped significantly
when u do excercise or diet. there is increase in cholestrol in ur blood because of degradation of fat stores. continue excersice and it will come to normal after some time
continue exercise and vegetables and avoid fatty meals , things will improve otherwise look for secondary causes and try pharmacological treatment.
Your Cholesterol level is high but not very high , if there are no other risk factors you can continue with exercise and lifestyle modifications

HelloThank you for consulting me regarding this important issueSo cholesterol can be high due to multiple reasons including1-lifestyle e.g eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, smoking and alcohol 2- secondary to other medical problems like low thyroid levels3-genetic and inherited In your case it is not critically high and I suspect it is due to your lifestyle. It is going to take some time but things you can do to reduce it1- stop smoking2- daily exercise for 50 mins3- reduce your body mass index to less than 254- get rid of belly fat5- eliminate or cut down fatty things from your diet, increase fibre and protein intake. You can get more information on patient.co.uk regarding what to eat.6- check it after 3 months if your qrisk2 factor is more then 10% then you would need cholesterol lowering medicine.I hope this helpsJazakallah

Thank you for your reply dear
I don't think this level of cholesterol would cause erectile dysfunction however it is good to keep your cholesterol down.
In Young adults most common cause of erectile dysfunction is psychological and performance anxiety.
