who takes the BP reading? at home or in a hospital setting?
take proper Bp reading while being in a resting sitting position with arm at level of heart after atleast 5 mins of sitting. take 3 readings 2.3 mins apart and take average of each.
do you have facility of measuring ambulatory blood pressure.(This is when you can record your Bp 24hrly for a day by a special machine) iF you have take that test.
anxiety can be a cause of your diastolic hypertension. hows your thyroid level?
Due to Anxiety and depressive disorders various hormones impact our heart function at an alarming level. I would recommend you to take few psychological sessions to manage the problems from rout cause not by just taking medicine. For further assistance book my appointment through Marham
