please do not give NIMS tablet. it is a type of NSAID which increases complications in COVID infection.
check oxygen saturation, if less than 94 percent on room air, he should be given oxygen.
chest xray should be fine
get serum ferritin, d dimers, LDH
For fever, give panadol thrice daily and showers if fever is more than 102

since how many days are you taking azomax and of what strength ?
does he has cough or shortness of breath ?
