Talk to General Physician on High Heart Rate

I've been having rapid heart rate since last night, it reached till 130. bp was fluctuating. my hands and feet were cold and numb. it gradually became alright. but since morning I've been feeling a little feverish and coughing, pain in the back, and have rapid heart rate. bp is normal. I also had sudden tightness in my chest, arm and back but on my right side for sometime then it faded away. also experiencing diarrhoea. I am alone right now and can't go to the hospital. kindly guide me what should I do. what and why is it happening
