Asking for Father, Male, 67 years old, Lahore
My father recently had his test's and ultrasound done , everything seemed to be fine but simple renal kidney cyst's are being showing in Ultrasound and after that his RFT is getting High from last 2 months , all reports attached please suggest best treatment ASAP.
for proper diagnosis and management need to be visited by a senior general physician specialist or nephrologist
usually echogenic cysts are harmless but if RFT's are derranged it requires further assessment.
creatinine level is high and EGFR low means kidney not working properly because of tubles blockage and the nephron getting bigger due to cyst. it is treatable please consult through Marham App or contract homeopathic doctor in your city
Your father s serum creatinine shows a rising trend over last 2 months along with a falling GFR.The cause of this change must be determined and rectified to prevent deterioration of Kidney function which is an extremely vital organ gor human life.
Is he fiabetic,Is he hypertendive, has there been an infection in urinary tract.Normally, a renal cyst of the size mentioned is not the cause of high creatinine.
Consult a good general physician or a nephrologist on priority.
