Your father s serum creatinine shows a rising trend over last 2 months along with a falling GFR.The cause of this change must be determined and rectified to prevent deterioration of Kidney function which is an extremely vital organ gor human life.
Is he fiabetic,Is he hypertendive, has there been an infection in urinary tract.Normally, a renal cyst of the size mentioned is not the cause of high creatinine.
Consult a good general physician or a nephrologist on priority.
