Asking for Father, Male, 67 years old, Lahore
My father recently had his test's and ultrasound done , everything seemed to be fine but simple renal kidney cyst's are being showing in Ultrasound and after that his RFT is getting High from last 2 months , all reports attached please suggest best treatment ASAP.

usually echogenic cysts are harmless but if RFT's are derranged it requires further assessment.

Is he fiabetic,Is he hypertendive,has there been an infection in urinary tract.Normally, a renal cyst of the size mentioned is not the cause of high creatinine.
