He used to take centrum (multivitamin) at morning but its haram now he used to take omega 3FA every morning but discontinued it a week ago nd i gave him theragran ultra (multi) but he discontinued that too because of diarrhea

stop rotec as in diabetic patient may harm the kidney and start distalgesic 1+0+1 instead of rotec. is his sugar controlled? do an U/C/E and show me the result. better be visited by a general physician

Unka zakham bigar sakta hay jo uncontrolled diabetes ki soorat mein taizi say ho sakta hay. Kissi achay doctor ko dikhaien laikin jaldi aur koshish karein unka blood sugar control rahay.. Ho sakta hay to zakhm ki Pic share kerdein.

2: SGPT can rise with stat A tablet.
3: Chest burn is most probably due to medication, give Risek 40mg for that.

1 just high grade fever tha with body ache and giddiness which was all gone after medicines

just treat leg wound, everything should be fine after it.
blood sugar ki value infection me ziada ho jati. Infection theek honay se blood sugar ka control b better ho jaega IA.
