AOA! Monitor your blood pressure twice daily for 10 days and get back to us with the readings chart. Do you ever have any palpitations? Also get your urea , creatinine, lipid profile and fasting blood sugar done . We can guide you further after reviewing the results and your BP record. Thanks

If you don’t feel any symptoms like headache , dizziness and it is your usual blood pressure then don’t worry about it much. Just keep on monitoring BP weekly once or monthly once . If ever the readings get more than 140/90 then consult us again. Creatinine and fasting blood sugar tests try doing it in the meantime if possible for you. Add regular walks and reduce salt intake in ur diet. Thanks

Make sure that you are taking your readings while you have been sitting for at least 10 to 15 mins, ie no exercise and you are stress free. Also that the apparatus you are using is correct. If they are still high, please get complete evaluation as if could be a sign of something that needs urgent attention.

It could be because of anything related to kidneys. Also increased level of some hormones such as from thyroid or adrenal gland can also cause it. These all are called secondary causes of high blood pressure and can be treated.
