this is likely Hepatitis A. Get Hepatitis A IgM done along with PT/INR and serum electrolytes. Hepatitis A can be very severe in some cases now a days aftet covid, do not take it lightly.

give tab gravinate for vomiting.and in this pt need only rehydration.it will resolve itself .u can give glucose powder as well for nourishment
