I have a query that how much is real benefit of supplements, like multivitamins, vit D supplement etc.
I mean if these supplements are enough for us, then why anyone should go for fruits or vegies to obtain vitamins etc.
are these multivitamins source are also the same fruits etc ? or they contain herbs etc ?
Like if i dont eat orange, but use a multivitamin containing Vit C. is this similar of eating an orange or what ?
Supplements just "supplement your Food". it doesn't mean "replacement of Food"
So only use it when necessary.
if you have balanced diet so no need to supplements as their usage is dangerous. we use supplements in case of Vit deficiency
medicines are not replacement of organic food. and they are only taken when one is deficient in that particular vitamin
No supplement can replace whole foods.
