Hi Doctors. my problem is I am having high blood pressure from very early age when i was 13 years old. And some doctors put me on medication from very start i have taken many medicine for bp at very early age. Like tenormin,sofvasc 10mg concor 2.5mg etc Yes I am obese and high bp is genetic (both my father mother have) but my concern in there are many people around me who have high bp run on their gens and are over weight but they dont have so whats the main reason why my bp gets so high sometime yesterday it was 160/90 dr always gave me alp 0.5 cause according to him i have anxiety he gave it first then asked me to take eziday 50mg with concor 2.5mg together Drs kindly help what is the proper solution for my problem according to my age and for long run in life
dont worry. let me explain some thing about high BP (Hypertension).
According to Medical Science there are 2 types of Hypertension.
PRIMARY & SECONDRY
95 % patients ko Primary Hypertension hota hy, jo k middle age or us k baad start hy or uski koi khas waja nhi hoti , bs kuch risk factors hty hy (obesity, alcohal intake, high salt intake etc).
5% logo ko Secondry Hypertension hota hy,or ye childhood ya teen age me hota hy,or iski definitely koi wja mojud hoti hy(kidney disease,endocrine disease,blood vessal disease etc) jisy doctor checkup or kuch tests k baad hi proper diagnose krta hy or uska elaj b us k mutabik krta hy.dono types k bp me treatment to must lena prta hy,jo k chlta rhta hy, wrna complications develop ho jti hy.
I hope you understand the point that you are suffering from secondry hypertension. (jis ki wja ap k doctor ny doondi hi ho gi jb aap 13 yrs ki thi).

Calculate your BMI, and take measures to reduce weight, which I think is the main risk factor for raised BP.
You have not mentioned any thing about your investigations done previously or now.
First of all need to diagnose the problems so better is to take appointment through marham for permanent solution
