you might have inadequate use of thyroxine and /or side effects of anti depressant as they cause all the symptoms you mentioned above. As rightly suggest by one of my colleagues below you need to check your thyroid profile and readjust thyroxine dose if hypothroid and discuss with psychiatrist if you can stop using anti depressants.
Please take online or in clinic consultation from me to resolve it

get blood work done for thyroid function tests, and visit clinic for consultation. dose adjustment may be needed.
get fresh thyroid tests to rule out hypothyroidism n do CBC then consult endocrinologist
do TSH test
First you have to check your antidepressant
You need to mention duration of problem. I'd started Thyroxine after proper evaluation and tests, then it take around more than 6-12 weeks to set the desired dose.
Normally psychiatrist do not advise Thyroxine it's Endocrinologist field. Consult endocrinologist. First to treat your Thyroid function which may help with your other symptoms
see some endocrinologist
detailed history needed for better outcome
