Talk to General Physician on I'm Experiencing Chest Pain From Last 3 Days

I‘m having pain in my whole chest from last 3 days. This pain is not new, it first happend in last winter season several times and when I visited the dr, they said it's because of ‘thand‘ and gave me some medicines but guess what it never got away. khud se hi theek huyi thi ya phr gharelu totky krne se, I can't remember.

Winter season to jese tese kr k guzar gya but since the summer started I didn't experienced it, i was so sure that I'll not experience it again but it is back again from last 3 days and I'm not going to any dr because they failed to resolve the issue then and gives just useless medicines.

I WANT TO GET RID OF IT FOR ONCE AND ALL. Can you please suggest what shall I do? like should I get some tests done first and then visit the drs or something?

PS: I'm not against all drs, it's just that some are not loyals to their work and patience.
