Question

should I take medication for uric acid and  Cholesterol \' having pain in left ankle pain.\' and digestion is slow due to fatty liver\' weight is 90\' kgs\' height is 5.8
bp is 145/95 without Medication \' with loprin 75 at morning \' at night zestril 5mg at night \' 
please let me know should I take medication for UA and Chol or continue diet and walk ?

Capsule nexum 20 mg aik suba 7 din.
Start rovista 5 mg in evening daily
No to uric acid tablet at present
