My 12 year old son suffer form low platelets count in month of April his platelets count decreased 28k. I consult a Doctor and they start solumedrol 50mg two time a day for 2 weeks and shifted him on deltacortril after that but there was no improvement now Doctor suggested Anti D for him. I just want to know the response time and ratio of Anti D?

Note: my son gain 9 kg weight in 2 months (Current weight is 49kg) and has excessive acne (Boils) on his body especially on his back.
