Incomplete Bowel Movement/Pelvic Floor Descent

I have problem of incomplete bowel movement with feeling of pelvic floor dropping. It’s very negatively affecting my life. Kindly suggest me a treatment or further investigations. If any surgical option is available kindly guide me on it.
