Talk to General Physician on Infection

My 4 yo had around 104 fever on the 30 Sept. We rushed to the emergency and found out that he only had a sore throat. Gave rigix & calpol/dolor and the fever went away after 4 days. He was okay for a day only and then got red marks all over his body with a bad cough. Took him to a doctor and he asked us to go for a dengue test. Till then he prescribed the same rigix, calpol. The result came out negative but the cough was still there. Took him to a doctor and she gave neo-antial syrup with aerokast tablets. He got okay after 2 days. Meanwhile, I, a 29 yo female, got a cold with mucus, a blocked nose. Also a very bad earache with mild fever after 2 days of cold with mucus. My sickness is still there. Taking panadol, kestine, annuva & carol tablets for this. However last night my kid got fever again but with motions now. They're like just a drop but he feels it often and finds out that his pants got dirty with the drop but he can't poop in the washroom. He says he has an earache a
