Washing face, hydrating, rest and pain killer is tried already. It's just that the dizziness and tightness in heads is constant, been 20 hours. Also feeling weakness in the limbs and some wave like or crawling type sensation passing through the veins from time to time.

for proper management need to be visited by your family physician at first
Assalamu alaikum. I hope you are better now.
Inhaling mosquito repellent cannot be harmful at all, as it is manufactured to be safe to be inhaled by humans, and such a short inhalation cannot expose you to a lot of chemical.
Of course, the whole process can be concerning and even a cause of stress for you. I'm sure it is that stress that is causing your headache and tingling in veins sensation.
Surely, the chemical exposure can cause irritation in the throat. For that, Gargle a full glass of water 3-4 times with plain warm salt water.
You can also take steam to soothe your airways and passages.
If symptoms do persist after these and resting, then you can visit your local GP.
