assalamualaikum, I am 23 years old, I wanted to know if it's safe to take Cac1000? I am unmarried and at the age of 19 I got a lumpectomy for fibroadenoma but Alhumdulilah everything is fine now. could you please guide me if it's okay if I take a calcium supplement?
in case of normal Ca level extra calcium intake is harmful
check your calcium levels than .why you dont take dairy products eggs it is rich in calcium and phosphorus too.

Try to have food rich in calcium like milk, yoghurt,green leafy vegetables..spinach etc , fish .

if u take more Cac then there are chances that u may develop kidney stones,,
and what is the reason u want to use CaC?
if u have bone pain, the first u should check your Vitamin D3 level..
