It is the picture of acute hepatitis.Find out the type of hepatitis by going for hepatitis panel.(must rule out Hep B or C).The management is plenty of rest,plenty of fluids,normal balanced healthy diet with less fats and Spices.It will settle down within 6 weeks if all goes well.
