my mother's age is 40 she's bp patient takes pills and she face issue of waking up with stiff hands.. pain in joints her fists pain alot and also heel pain ..she also have stomach issue and piles too ..are these things linked somehow? any help please

we ran many tests but these were random didn't visit any rheumatologist cuz had no idea this could be the reason
