Generally measles doesn't need any antibiotic as it is a viral illness.but if someone develops superimposed bacterial infection only then antibiotics shuld b given.as the chil is unvaccinated and quiet young detail evaluation should be done.meanwhile give lots of fluid,calpol according to weight for fever.
