Assalam o Alaikum! My mother is diagnosed with kidney problem and diabetes in june 2022. She is also a patient of high blood pressure since 2010. I have attached her recent reports refered by a doctor. Kindly guide me about her condition and suggest a doctor.

as per HBA1C patient has good control on diabetes but renal function is not so good it means either her BP is not controlled or she may have cardiac problem as well as the rehydrated status may disturb . detail history required for further management book consultation. may lead to renal stone or UTI
